Need a hand? Here are quick answers to the questions we hear most. If you cannot find what you need, our support team is happy to help.

How do I change my destination?

Tap the destination card at the top of your feed (or in the right sidebar on desktop) and pick a new city. Your feed updates instantly.

How do connections work?

Send a connection request from anyone’s profile or card. Once accepted, you can message each other and see each other’s updates.

How do I host an activity?

Go to Create, choose the Activity tab, set a time, place, and capacity, and publish. Travelers nearby can request to join.

How do I verify my account?

Open Settings → Verification & safety and follow the steps to submit your documents. Verification unlocks women-only spaces and adds a trust badge to your profile.

How do live location sharing and SOS work?

From Safety tools you can generate a time-limited link that shows your live location to people you choose. Anyone with the link can view it until it expires — share carefully. In an emergency, contact local authorities first.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Profile and use the delete account section at the bottom of the page. Deletion is permanent. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is removed.
