KLIA Ekspres to KL Sentral ~28 min, then Grab or monorail to BB. At 6pm Friday I'd train to Sentral then Grab — airport highway jams are real. Ekspres + Grab still beats sitting in traffic 90 min.

Grab ~RM65–85 to BB off-peak, can hit RM100+ in rain or rush. 50–70 min depending on traffic.

Airport bus to KL Sentral is cheapest (~RM13) but slow and hot. Fine if budget tight, not with two bags at rush hour.

Download Grab before immigration — SIM at airport or use airport WiFi. Cashless is normal in KL.
