Aquaria under KLCC, Petrosains in Suria, Pavilion/ Mid Valley malls (not exciting but AC). Batu Caves partial cover but slippery — skip in heavy rain. Central Market + lunch indoors near Merdeka.

National Museum is underrated for kids old enough to read. Cheap entry, quiet, dry.

Rain usually afternoon burst not 24hr — check radar app. Morning outdoor, mall afternoon often works.
