Pak Weep and north Bang Niang — calm, no jet skis mid-week. Bang La On central busier but walkable ice cream and shops. Pick hotel near your beach section — coast is long, not one loop.

Bang Niang Ramada area — quiet sand, market nights Mon/Thu.
