Worst month Cameron — March school holidays traffic hell despite cool weather, Hari Raya weeks same. Nov monsoon rain afternoons but emptiest plantations. Dec Christmas busy. Weekend any month worse than weekday rain. Traffic worse than rain for BOH parking — arrive 8am or skip. Fog closes Mossy sometimes rainy season. Mid-Jan weekday sweet spot if flexible.
