Do both — island hop AM from Cenang jetty (RM80–120), Kilim separate morning via Tanjung Rhu. Three days: Day1 Cenang, Day2 SkyCab, Day3 Kilim + hop if energy. Mangrove > hop if you must choose — eagles and bat cave beat crowded beach stops.
