Monsoon Nov–Feb — morning outings usually fine, afternoon downpours. Fewer crowds, lower hotel rates. Boat tours cancel if seas rough — build buffer day. Kilim and SkyCab still worth it with flexibility; Cenang swimming OK between showers.
